Rudolph - Storytime
Join us to discover how a bright nose can light the way for everyone, and how each of us has something valuable to offer! Ready to hear it?
Let’s go!
Once upon a time, at the North Pole, there was a reindeer named Rudolph.
Rudolph loved to jump, run, and play in the snow, just like any other reindeer at the North Pole. But Rudolph had something that made him very special: his nose was red and bright, like a Christmas tree light!
The other reindeer sometimes teased him because they had never seen a nose like his. But Rudolph always tried to smile and keep playing, even though deep down, he wished they would like him just like any other reindeer.
One very cold night, just before Christmas, Santa Claus was worried. “The fog is so thick that I can’t see the path! I won’t be able to deliver gifts to the children this Christmas,” he said. Then, a red light illuminated the whole workshop. It was Rudolph with his beautiful colored nose. Suddenly, Santa had a great idea. He called Rudolph over and said:
—Rudolph, would you use your bright nose to guide my sleigh tonight? With your light, we’ll be able to see the right path clearly.
Rudolph was very excited and said yes. Of course, he wanted to help! That night, Rudolph went to the front of the sleigh, and thanks to his glowing nose, Santa was able to visit every house in the world.
When they returned, all the reindeer were very happy and proud of Rudolph. From that day on, Rudolph became the most beloved and famous reindeer of all.
Sometimes, we don’t realize how our differences make us special. But just like Rudolph, we must remember that what makes us unique can be that wonderful light that guides our way and gives us the strength we need to face different challenges.
And what about you? What did this lovely story teach you?
